Fanfare! Lutheran Music Academy is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donations are tax deductible.
As with most nonprofit arts organizations, tuition covers just a portion of the costs needed to provide quality programs each year. Scholarships, performance opportunities, new program development, and outreach to the larger community would not be possible without your donations. As a music school, our funding comes from several main sources: affordable lesson fees, fundraising efforts by our student families and volunteers, grants by corporations and foundations, and personal donations. You can mail a donation, call us by phone, or stop by the office. We accept all credit cards, cash, and checks.

Creative ways to Donate
- Donating proceeds of birthday party gifts
- Including us in wills and trusts.
- Host a party or event to benefit Fanfare! Your event could be a special dine-in night at a local restaurant with a percent of all dining tabs designated to Fanfare!; a house concert featuring a Fanfare! faculty member with suggested donation; a home party with proceeds to benefit Fanfare! The possibilities are endless!
Remember, a $50 donation buys a child a month’s worth of instrument lessons, while a $250 donation buys a summer camp scholarship for a youngster who otherwise would not have the opportunity of exposure to a range of music and art experiences.

Do you have an instrument that is no longer being played by someone in your family that you would like to put to good use? Fanfare! is happy to accept used instruments that are in good working order.
We are always in need of used electric keyboards, smaller sized violins, and guitars, all of which are loaned to our students over the course of the school year.

We also appreciate our volunteers! Much of what we do wouldn’t be possible without the help of dedicated volunteers. If you would like to make a donation of time, please contact the Director for various opportunities such as helping with snack preparation, greeting parents/students/guests, volunteering at concerts, etc.
